When I approached Bagan, several people were just coming back from their trip. Asking how they liked it, there was impression all around. Several people told: „I’ve been to Angkor Wat, Pyramids of Túcume, Petra or the mausoleum of Qín Shǐhuángdìs – but this was surprisingly beating them.“ I’m not the one to decide, but if you want to get a broader picture, here are some panoramic shots of Bagan (more in this video):
